Home Watch Services
We provide scheduled interior and exterior visits for homes in the Northern Michigan area, focused on catching issues early. We check for visible leaks, temperature concerns, storm impact, and obvious damage, and follow up with photo documentation so you can see exactly what we see.
Issue Triage & Reporting
If something doesn’t look right during a visit, we document it, assess urgency, and send a concise, photo-backed report. Using clear status language—All Clear, Monitor, Action Needed, or Urgent—we help remote homeowners understand what’s happening and what to do next.
Concierge Coordination
When an issue needs more than monitoring, we step in to coordinate trusted local vendors—escalating the problem, managing access, gathering quotes, and confirming completion within your approvals—so repairs and maintenance are handled without you needing to be on site.
